Heya everyone!

We haven't used the mailing list for much yet (almost everything happens
on Matrix), but last bi-weekly meeting we found a good topic for the
list!

TPRF has set aside 10000 USD for CPANSec activities in 2026.

This brings us a couple questions:

1. What's a good process to make decisions on how to use these funds?
2. Who should be in the group that can take part in this process?
